Abstraction (Day 1)

This shows my progress as I continually worked on one piece every day for 3 days. This is the first day.

The idea behind this was to continually work on something. To just get inspired and just continually adding to a piece without getting too attached to what you have. You have to keep working on it day after day and add something to it.

This idea was even more interesting using glass and frit powder as a medium to do this idea. This was a 5 day class. Every day of class we worked on piece of glass, throwing frit powder onto glass. Then, it was fired during the night, and we continued to work on it again the next day. Started working on it late and firing glass takes takes a while, so we only worked on it for 3 days.
